The M.A.M.A. Market – Vendor Terms of Service

Welcome to The M.A.M.A. Market (“we”, “our”, or “us”). These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your participation as a vendor at any event organized under The M.A.M.A. Market. By submitting a vendor application, paying vendor fees, or participating in our market, you agree to these Terms in full.

1. Eligibility

To participate as a vendor in The M.A.M.A. Market, you must:

  • Be at least 18 years old or have written consent from a legal guardian,

  • Complete the vendor application in full and receive approval,

  • Hold all necessary business licenses, permits, and insurance required by local or state law,

  • Comply with all applicable regulations related to your goods or services.

2. Vendor Responsibilities

Vendors are expected to:

  • Arrive on time and remain for the duration of the market hours,

  • Maintain a clean, well-organized, and professional booth,

  • Clearly display pricing and product signage,

  • Sell only products/services that were pre-approved,

  • Follow all health, safety, and sanitation guidelines.

3. Setup & Teardown

  • Setup must be completed by the scheduled setup time, e.g., 11:30AM.

  • Teardown may not begin until the Market officially ends.

  • Vendors are responsible for cleaning their space and removing all trash before departure.

4. Fees & Payments

  • Vendor fees must be paid in full by the deadline indicated in your acceptance email.

  • Fees are non-refundable, except in rare cases at the discretion of The M.A.M.A. Market team.

  • Unpaid or late fees may result in loss of your vendor spot.

5. Cancellations & Weather Policy

  • The M.A.M.A. Market is a rain-or-shine event unless extreme weather or unforeseen emergencies force cancellation.

  • In the case of a canceled market, organizers may offer credit toward a future date at their discretion.

6. Insurance & Liability

  • Vendors are solely responsible for any insurance coverage, including liability insurance.

  • The M.A.M.A. Market and its organizers are not responsible for loss, theft, injury, or damage incurred during the market.

  • Vendors agree to indemnify and hold harmless The M.A.M.A. Market, its owners, staff, and venue partners from any claims or legal action arising from your participation.

7. Prohibited Items

The following are not allowed for sale at The M.A.M.A. Market:

  • Weapons, firearms, explosives,

  • Counterfeit or illegal goods,

  • Live animals (unless approved in writing),

  • Anything the organizers deem unsafe, inappropriate, or misaligned with market values.

8. Code of Conduct

The M.A.M.A. Market is a family-friendly, inclusive space. All vendors must:

  • Treat staff, fellow vendors, and guests with respect,

  • Avoid discrimination, harassment, or aggressive behavior,

  • Follow any additional instructions from market staff.

Violation of these rules may result in immediate dismissal without refund and potential ban from future events.

9. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. Vendors will be notified of major updates via email or posted notice.
